This patient came to us after we completed some minor cosmetic work for his wife. He had extensive wear from an improper bite & grinding his teeth at night. I told him I could not just make his front teeth look better without treating the source of the problem, which was his bite. He was over closed which means you see no lower teeth when he bites down. By opening his bite I was able to restore his teeth to regain what he had lost through years of wear. By opening his bite we were able to lengthen his teeth and close gaps in his smile with out making the teeth look short and fat.
